Your pension figures never leave your browser. We never see them. They are saved in your browser so you can come back; clear them any time with 'Delete my data'. If you join the waitlist we store your email and survey answer only, to contact you about Pension Runway.

Your pension figures
When the planner opens, every calculation will run in your web browser. The figures you enter (ages, pots, income and assumptions) are not sent to us or to anyone else. Our security settings stop this page from sending data to any other website.
Your figures are saved in this browser's local storage so you can return to them here. You can remove them at any time with 'Delete my data', or by clearing your browser's site data.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store: your email address, your answer to the survey question (if you give one), that you gave consent, and the date and time you signed up.
We use this only to email you about Pension Runway, for example when the planner opens, and to understand overall interest in paid features.
Legal basis: your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@pensionrunway.com; we will then delete your details.
Where your data is stored
The website, the waitlist database and our visitor analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months after the planner launches], whichever comes first.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
We do not set cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which countries they come from. It is cookieless and does not store IP addresses, and it does not identify you.
We store a random number in your browser's session storage so that lists of options stay in the same random order during your visit. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@pensionrunway.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we use your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
